About the event
We are excited to participate in the Make ‘m Smile event hosted by Nathaniel’s Hope at Lake Eola Park, a powerful community celebration designed to uplift and support children and families of all abilities. HEM Alliance will be transporting our residents to the event, departing around 9:30 AM and arriving to meet at the designated event check-in area. This experience provides a meaningful opportunity for mentors to connect one-on-one with our young men in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment, allowing relationships to grow beyond the usual setting. Throughout the event, mentors and residents will have time to explore activities, enjoy the atmosphere, and build genuine connections. We will regroup as a full team around 1:00 PM before departing. Events like this are a vital part of our mission, as they create space for mentorship, community engagement, and positive shared experiences that leave a lasting impact on our residents.
